Al Nassr is  hoping to finalize a massive double signing with star striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who was clearly upset about his team’s defeat in the Saudi Super Cup.

Last weekend, Ronaldo’s team, Al Nassr, suffered a humiliating 4-1 loss to Al Hilal in the Saudi Super Cup final in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Al Hilal scored four goals in just 15 minutes to win the game, and Ronaldo was spotted making a sleeping gesture to make fun of his teammates after the second one and he was trying to show that defence was just sleeping.

Al Hilal fans also taunted him with ‘Messi’ chants after heart-breaking loss to Al Hilal and this was disrespectful.

And now, according to reports, the Saudi team is trying to sign two huge players who are close to Ronaldo in order to achieve more. These signing could prove an advantage for the Saudi Side team.

The first of the two new players that the team is reportedly interested in signing is Sergio Ramos, who spent nine years playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo at Spain side Real Madrid.

According to journalist José Félix Díaz, the club is in contact with Ramos brother to see if a transfer is possible during this window.

Ramos played with superstars like  Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar Jr. at Paris Saint-Germain after leaving Real Madrid and then came back to his boyhood club Sevilla.

After serving Sevilla for 1 season, Ramos is currently a free agent. And a deal between the club and the player could result in a transfer to Al-Nassr. This transfer can prove a good signing for the club as every single team is thriving for the league title.

The second player who is the interest of team is 25 year old Rafael Leao who is currently playing at the Italian club AC Milan.

The AC Milan winger has also been connected to Barcelona recently, but Diaz has stated that the 25-year-old is almost ready to make a move to the Saudi Pro League, with a reported €70 million deal.

But the transfer seems to be unlucky as the Rafael Leao promised to give his dedication to the team back in February in  one of his interviews.

The Portuguese star said, ”My future is at AC Milan. I’m here and I still have a four-year contract. Milan helped me when I was in a very difficult situation, they stood by me. I don’t forget, I am loyal. I arrived as a young boy, here I have grown as a man and as a footballer. I want to win again, my head is here.”

So it seems to be unlucky. Al Nassr really needs to sign good defenders as well as wingers because of their current state and their performance against Al Hilal as well as against Al Raed on their first Saudi Pro League match.
